Our project management team includes highly qualified engineers to ensure client requirements are fully understood and correctly articulated to the engineering team, resulting in efficient and transparent project delivery. Our global expertise and quality-assured approach allow us to focus on providing turnkey solutions and industry-leading products that maximize uptime subsea in even the harshest weather conditions.

3D Animation & Visualisation Services

Our market-leading 3D animation visualization services are based on a thorough engineering understanding of oilfield technologies and subsea environments, coupled with a real mechanical insight into product operation. Whether a concept or a fully engineered system, STL visualization services can accurately demonstrate how a product or system operates.

Our products include:

Xtreme Release (XR) Connector

The XR Connector is an Emergency Disconnect Package, designed for riser-to-surface applications, capable of disconnecting with no maximum disconnect angle. It differs from comparable connectors because it is based on face-to-face technology rather than a conventional male-to-female interface which enables it to release safely, reliably, and repeatedly with no risk of locking up. This means that in the event of a station-keeping emergency, the vessel can move much further away from the wellhead before disconnecting, giving the crew more time to react.

Stackable Lightweight Intervention Connector (SLIC)

The SLIC is an extremely robust multi-functional Riserless Well Intervention Connector designed primarily for Slickline and E-Line operations. Subsea interchangeable Male Mandrels enable the SLIC to become a highly versatile Connector making it ideal for subsea intervention. Optional mandrels include 150T Test / Lift Mandrel, Flange Mandrel, Slickline Pressure Control Head, E-Line Pressure Control Head. Together these mandrels create a highly versatile, reconfigurable package for efficient, reliable subsea well intervention operations.

Test Lift Mandrel

The Test/Lift Mandrel enables the deployment and recovery of the SLIC Female Connector, with any additional equipment suspended below. It can also be used to pressure test the same equipment up to 10,000psi following engagement with the SLIC Female Connector. The Test/Lift Mandrel is available with a variety of lifting capacities, capable of lifting to 150Te when fitted with the appropriate Test/Lift Cap.

Flange Mandrel

The Flange Mandrel Assembly consists of a SLIC Mandrel with a 9" 10ksi API Studded Flange top connection. This allows equipment with a 9" API Open Flange to interface directly to the Flange Mandrel, for example, a Riserless Light Well Intervention Lubricator, making the Flange Mandrel highly versatile.

Slickline PCH Mandrel

The Slickline Pressure Control Head (PCH) enables the SLIC to be used as the key pressure control and latch element of a subsea Riserless light well intervention (RLWI) system.  Dual sets of independently controlled packers provide sealing redundancy, so if the primary packings become worn to the point they will no longer seal, the secondary packings can be engaged to allow the slickline tool string to be safely recovered to the lubricator. The Slickline PCH Mandrel contains key features that ensure the highest quality subsea Slickline services.

E-Line PCH Mandrel

The Electric-Line (E-Line) Pressure Control Head (PCH) enables the SLIC to be used as the key pressure control and latch element of a subsea Riserless light well intervention (RLWI) system.  The SLIC E-Line Mandrel can be configured with 4, 6, or 8 flow tubes, depending on the wellbore pressure sealing capability required, and contains key features that ensure the highest quality subsea E-Line services.

SLIC ROV Override Tooling

The SLIC Female Connector can be supplied with override tooling allowing the SLIC to be unlocked by ROV when required.  This allows the SLIC male Mandrel to be unlocked and removed from the SLIC Female Connector in the event of hydraulic failure or if the locking components are jammed.

SLIC – Options & Tooling

The SLIC is a highly versatile Connector and allows for various options to suit customer requirements, including various Mandrel types with optional extras and tooling.

2” Hydraulically Retractable Coupler

The 2" Hydraulically Retractable Coupler creates remote engage and disengage functionality, reducing the reliance on ROVs.  It is extremely robust and designed for constant heavy-duty operations operating on very small fluid volumes to ensure rapid movement. It is specifically designed to cope with solids-laden fluids such as drilling muds and well effluents and is pressure-balanced in both the extend and retract positions.

½” Hydraulically Retractable Coupler

The ½" Hydraulically Retractable Coupler is a compact design, particularly suited to clean fluid applications such as hydraulic control fluid and solids-free chemicals.  When retracted, the Coupler stinger is flush with the coupler plate, preventing dirt ingress and risk of external impact on the stinger and seals.  The Coupler is rated to 3,000m water depth and can be used on subsea wellhead connectors, riser connectors, emergency disconnect packages, and quick-release stab plates.

¾” Hydraulically Retractable Coupler

The 3/4" Hydraulically Retractable Coupler is particularly suited for high-flow applications and use with solids-laden fluids.

Hydraulically Retractable Electrical Coupler Carrier

The Hydraulically Retractable Electrical Coupler Carrier is designed to accept Tronic, ODI, and other popular wet-mateable electrical and optical connectors. It is designed to provide a means to allow an Electrical Plug and Receptacle to be mated across the interface between two assemblies.  The Upper Assembly houses the Electrical Plug. When the Upper Assembly is hydraulically extended, the Electrical Plug engages with the Receptacle.
