Canyon Vessels
M/V Island Pioneer
The Island Pioneer has been designed as a multifunctional platform supply vessel with a large deck area and very (good under deck capacity) large cargo capabilities. The vessel is designed to meet operation demands with the best solutions possible. With a helideck, 140 ton heave compensated crane and a moon pool, the vessel is fully prepared for ROV and subsea construction operations. With all this as well as IMO Class 2 Dynamic Positioning System, the Island Pioneer is a highly technological vessel ready for advanced operations and world wide service.
M/V Olympic Triton
The Olympic Triton is a multifunctional ROV Support Vessel with the benefits of a large deck area, 150 tonne active heave compensated crane and very large cargo capabilities. The vessel is equipped with diesel-electric machinery which ensures low noise levels and low fuel oil consumption. The vessel surpasses industry standards in regards to cargo capacities and performance. The vessel offers an excellent working environment, being constructed to both clean and comfort class. The vessel fully complies with the requirements for energy efficiency and conservation, meeting NORSOK regulations. At 95m LOA (311 ft) a beam of 20.5m (67 ft) and 1070 square meters of deck space, the vessel can perform a wide variety of offshore operations. The Olympic Canyon carries up to 100 personnel, client dedicated work spaces, project areas and personnel amenities.
M/V Northern Canyon
The Northern Canyon is a UT-745 Ulstein / Rolls Royce design, which is well suited for the harshest offshore environments. Built in Bergen, Norway and delivered to Canyon Offshore in June 2002, the Northern Canyon is outfitted with an assortment of features that enable the vessel to perform a wide variety of offshore operations. The Northern Canyon offers a state of the art 50-ton active heave compensated crane with 1,200m of wire on the winch reel. The Northern Canyon is built to NOFO 2000, “Clean-Comfort” class and the thrusters on-board are the latest Kamewa “quiet” design. The vessel accommodates up to 58 personnel with elegant 1 and 2 man staterooms and features upgraded safe and non-allergenic materials and amenities not typically found offshore. This vessel has been approved by the Norwegian Marine Directorate and Offshore Agencies and is certified to the highest safety and offshore performance standards in the world.
M/V Olympic Canyon
The DPDSV Olympic Canyon, built in 2006 and delivered to Canyon in 2007,
is outfitted with a variety of features that make her a class leader. The Olympic Canyon is prepared for operations worldwide (DEICE C, OIL REC and Rescue Class NMD 320). In addition, the vessel is prepared for helideck and 140 MT crane.At 92.95m LOA (305 ft), a beam of 19.7m (65 ft) and 815 square meters of deck space, the vessel can perform a wide variety of offshore operations. The diesel engines provide over 12,000 horsepower and three positioning thrusters for accurate and dependable staion-keeping even in the harshest weather.
M/V Seacor Acclaim
The 70m DPII Seacor Acclaim is outfitted with two (2) fully operational 1,000m Scorpion work class ROV Systems. The vessel offers open deck space and accommodations for 42. It also offers and A-Frame and can be outfitted with a variety of winches and other tools including trenching system, survey suite and other custom intervention tooling. |
