Alisa B. Johnson

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Alisa B. Johnson joined the Company in September 2006 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and was named Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in November 2008.  Prior to joining Helix, Ms. Johnson served as Senior Vice President and Group General Counsel - Generation for Dynegy Inc., where she worked for more than 15 years.  Prior to that Ms. Johnson was an associate with the law firms of Webster and Sheffield, and Brodsky and Ketchand.  Ms. Johnson received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cum laude, from Rice University in 1980, and her law degree, Cum Laude, from University of Houston in 1985.
